Eurovisionshop.tv is the official webshop of the Eurovision Song Contest. This webshop offers the opportunity to buy official Eurovision Song Contest products online. You can find several products which are not available in any other shops. For example Eurovisionshop.tv exclusively offers the official programme book. The webshop is Powered by Badge Direct in the Netherlands.
What kind of products can you buy in the webshop?
1. Dusseldorf 2011
All the official Dusseldorf products such as the cd, dvd, programme book but also the clothing and other gadgets.
2. Event Merchandising
Several products related to the annual Event in all different countries.
3. Country designs
Special products with a country design. For example personalised mousepads and mugs but also the official pinframe with the pins of all the participants.
4. Sale
In our outlet shop you will find the discount products up to 50% !

The sizes in the shop are based on European standard sizes:
When are the products available?
Before the Event you can ensure you be the first to have the new products by buying the them in Pre-Sale. Be sure to look at the release date. If there's no release date, the products are in stock and direct available. If there is any delay, you will find the information at the product.
How can I pay for the products?
Our payment service provider gives several options. For most European countries online payment can be achieved with major European banks, otherwise you can pay with VISA, or MasterCard.
When will I receive my ordered products?
Your parcel will be delivered through our forwarder DHL Global. Because of the world wide shipment, we shall complete orders to all our customers before shipping. So sometimes we will have to wait for an item with a later release date. If this is a problem, please contact the customer service.
Something wrong with my product. How to handle this?
If unfortunatly there's something wrong with the product please follow these instructions; Send an e-mail to info@eurovisionshop.tv with the complaint, your name and your order number. We will try to answer your questions within 48 hours but could take some longer due to local holidays etc.
